Unfunny farm

So I had a friend lamenting that two of the more prominent Cubs backers out of the woodwork, comedian Tom Dressen and actor Jim Belushi, have never been funny, and why do they have to get so much air time when the Cubs have success.

But, believe me, those two are the Marx Brothers, “Animal House” and “Arrested Development” rolled into two compared with this nonsense from ESPN’s Rick Reilly.

Rick Reilly summed it up perfectly!

I’ve lost a lot of respect for Rick Reilly because of this. I’m surprised even ESPN allowed something like that to air.

Reilly just regurgitated what people who know nothing about baseball have been giggling at for decades. At least be original or, as Tony mentioned, somewhat humorous.

Where are you watching the Bridgeport games, Hank?
