Absolutely and unequivocally NO!!!
Absolutely and unequivocally NO!!!!! Yes, I understand that some nimrods feel that it’s not addictive, but I know from my brother’s experience with drugs as a teen that he got started into drugs by hanging out with the wrong crowd, i.e., the drug crowd. If it’s that easy to get illegalls, how much more so if it’s legal? Why not just do away with the policy, and have an anarchy? It’s insane to even consider it!!!!!
Dave? Daves not here man!!!!
Punishment as a deterrent for drug use has been a complete failure. All drugs should be legalized and regulated. This eliminates the criminal behavior behind drug traffic/business and allows taxation and quality control. Addiction must be treated as a medical issue not a criminal one – and is considerably cheaper to do so. Yes – even Heroin. Afghanistan produces most of the world supply of opium – and the money funds the Taliban war against us. We can certainly grow poppies here – and cut off the Taliban’s funding. We’ve been fighting a war on drugs for 100 years and have nothing but failure to show for it.
yeah
The economic situation requires the Federal, State and Local Government to assess the true costs of cannabis prohibition, money spent on enforcement, incarceration, and rehabilitation of offenders is costly, the movement of money in the black market is costly, no taxation, violence and the destabilization of Mexico are among the costs, Also the hemp industry is not allowed to operate because of the current laws in place. Cannabis is not used for recreational use alone it has a long history of use as rope, cloth, paper, oil, and food. Allowing the establishment of a Cannabis market would benefit farmers the government and society as a whole.
On Nov. 11 in Los Angles Times:
The American Medical Assn. on Tuesday urged the federal government to reconsider its classification of marijuana as a dangerous drug with no accepted medical use, a significant shift that puts the prestigious group behind calls for more research.

It’s called Dope for a reason – duh
Marijuana is safer than alcohol and most other drugs. I remember as a kid all of the marijuana propaganda that lead me to believe that users became stupid and lazy. Then I visited Holland while I was studying in Europe for 6 months. There I had my first marijuana experience and over time that would come to change everything. I continued to be a good student in college but became more social and made more friends. I developed more of a moral sense. Now as I apply for graduate programs in Computer Science I will continue to fight for our right to inhale. The philosophical difference of decriminalization means a step closer to true democracy and away from tides tyranny and oligarchy.

i come from germany
in germany we have a huge beer culture and its allowed to drink by the age of 16
and i can say that pot can never be worse than alcohol
i dont know anyone who gets aggressive when skoking but people who drink can get very dangerous and they are very incalculaby
ive been to the nederlands too and its a very nice and wealthy country and the people there are nice and warm hearted
we can learn very much from them, above all tollerance
aaaaand while damning marijuana the usa pumps heroin and alice d into their soldiers during every war they fight and fought, think about it!!
@ munchis
yeah its called dope but its used for medical reasons, ever thought about THAT?? hm, strange, no?
Funny James is on here supporting dope. A dope for dope.
I wonder where Karen is? Oh yeah she’s busy selling the stuff out of her shop.
The military pumping heroin and “alice” into our soldiers in every war. Where did you get that nonsense lilly? The Idiot Channel? I think you should go back to Germany. Pot heads get flighty, and loose proper control of their senses and frankly I don’t want to be breathing your bull s*** weed as second hand smoke either.
Dope is used for medical reasons only to appease a politically correct agenda and bunch of hippies. It is NOT necessary to aid people with their pain. It only serves activist doctors who and moronic potheads.
