Will they guarantee refunds if the festival’s cancelled?
I think On the Waterfront should let all the Rockford businesses have booths instead of all outsiders or local groups with frozen fish sticks. How about get 320, Capri, Sandwich Factory, all the rest of the really quality food busineese on the lawn at Davis and get a REAL food court. Just think of the positive exposure…100x better than outdated music groups. People want good food! give to charity some other time.
Although I doubt it will do any good, take the OWTF survey and let them know who you’d like to see perform:

Maybe, if they’d have asked more often instead of relying on their own tastes in music , more folks would attend.
FYI – last year they sold $10 tickets, but sent $10 vouchers, which we had to go to the OTW office and pick up the actual tickets the month before OTW (I nearly forgot!). For all those who did the same thing….OTW assured me that this year they are mailing the ACTUAL tickets before the event — no need to drive downtown to get them this year. (you may want to call or e-mail to confirm for yourself!)
