100 percent natural water bottle

Many of us have turned to reusable water bottles in an effort to avoid all the plastic bottles, which are made using petroleum products and often end up in landfills when people don’t recycle.
Discovered today at Mary’s Market at Edgebrook: Green Planet, which says it is the “environmentally friendly bottle” because it is made from plants.
Price is $1.96 including tax.
You can either recycle (No. 7) or compost.

Or you could just drink water from the tap, which is both cheaper and more environmentally friendly.
Am I the only person finding humor in the act of so many these days carrying around canteens when we (as a nation, in general) have some of the most freely-available and cleanest drinking water in the world?
