More than forty million people experience depression in the
United States and about fifteen million are clinically depressed. Depression is often times “treated” with drugs or herbs however neither substance gets to the core of the problem.
People who experience depression often have nutritional deficiencies in general such as DHA, omega-3 or omega-6 EFA depletions. Vitamins B12, B3, B5 and folate acid can also be contributing factors.
