		<description>Rezko was not a lobbyist in the conventional sense of somebody hired by a company or other interest to lobby on its behalf. 

He was a major fundraiser for the governor. He also was a key adviser; according to testimony at the Rezko trial, Blagojevich all but put Rezko in charge of his administration.

I suppose Sacia is using the term loosely.</description>

		<description>I didn't think Rezko was a lobbyist.  An influence peddler, but a lobbyist? Who did he lobby for? He was an equal opportunity contributor, also, giving to both r's and d's. This legislator's insertion of his name seems poltically motivated.</description>
