Aaron Chambers covers Illinois government for the Rockford Register Star and GateHouse News Service. He previously covered the Statehouse for Illinois Issues magazine and the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, and has contributed to a range of online and print media including Stateline.org, Streetwise (a newspaper sold by Chicago’s homeless), the Chicago Reporter, Catalyst magazine, Lerner (Chicago) newspapers, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and the Chicago Tribune.
