I have a busy day planned today.
I have to finish stories on a project that could propel Rockford back to the top of the amateur sports market; Plans for the expansion of Davis Park movie programs with the planned debut of a Saturday “Ladies’ Night at Davis Park” featuring “Mamma Mia!”; And another one about how Friday Night Flix is drawing visitors from across the Rock River Valley and even Wisconsin.
Later this week, I plan to explore some of the challenges facing downtown revitalization because of low property values and update folks on the work of the Rock River Development Partnership.
