		<description>Jan: The triceps' function in the body is to straighten out the elbow. Triceps exercises usually involve bending the elbow and then straightening it against resistance, so pulling out sideways doesn't sound like it would do the trick (other than isometrically, maybe).
Pulling out sideways might have some value for the chest as well.</description>
