Goodwill Adds Four Board Members

Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois has added four new members to its Board
of Directors. The new Board members are Dana Pelan, Ann Woolsey, Paulina
Sihakom and Brian Reck.

Dana Pelan is a Regional Vice President for Bed Bath & Beyond. A Sycamore
native, Pelan graduated from Sycamore High School in 1982. He has been with
Bed Bath & Beyond for the past 17 years.

Ann Woolsey is the Selling Manager of Women’s Ready-to-Wear and Community
Giving Coordinator at Macy’s at Cherryvale Mall since 1982. A Rockford native,
Woolsey graduated from Guilford High School and Northwestern University.

Paulina Sihakom is the Vice President of Business Banking Cash Management
at National City Bank. She has lived in the Rockford area since 1984 and worked
in the financial industry since 1993.

Brian Reck is the Director of Marketing and Government Relations at
SwedishAmerican Health System. A Rockford native, Reck graduated from
Guilford High School and the University of Illinois. He has been with
SwedishAmerican since 1994.

Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois is a community-based not-for-profit
organization that provides education and employment for persons in need and
promotes enterprise development in support of job creation. Goodwill stores in
northern Illinois (Rockford, Freeport, Sterling) and Beloit, Wisconsin employ more
than 170 people. Goodwill plans to open a new store in Machesney Park in late
September.
