Brits Pleased with Upbeat Message to Congress

 Well, so were the Americans.  Gordon Brown, PM of Great Britain delivered a positive speech that received 19 standing ovations. He was only the 5th Prime Minister to deliver a speech to both Houses of Congress and it was positively recognized even by his own country.  We need more of this type of upbeat encouragement!!  See what the UK Times had to say… Brits
