Manufacturing 2.0
Rock River Valley manufacturing experts discuss the many facets of manufacturing: technology, education, training, events, people and any other aspects of this important segment of our economy. They’ll use this blog to get the word out and solicit feedback on local and global manufacturing. They hope to better engage our employers, employees and our future work force and increase their understanding of manufacturing.

Time to celebrate and join our local area manufacturers….

The Annual Manufacturing Appreciation Dinner and Expo is quickly approaching on March 18th.

Our speaker is Dr. Steven Squyers who is best known as the face and voice of NASA’s mission to Mars and the pioneering drive across its surface by two high-tech robotic rovers.

Local manufacturers will display their products at the Technology Expo and we will be hosting a number of high school students from several local area high schools.

Awards will be presented for the Individual and Company categories.

You may also consider sponsoring a student as part of our efforts to encourage our youth to enter manufacturing as a career.

Here is the invitation, don’t delay!!   Invitation
