With the release of a few new seconds of footage, it’s inevitable that the folks behind WATCHMEN would be releasing a new teaser poster — and here it is:
If you’ve read the comic, you know exactly what this scene is showing — who the guy is, who tossed him out the window and who finds that blood-spattered smiley face badge.

Somewhat off-topic:
You seem like a guy who’s fairly in-the-know in the comic world. (I only recently discovered you’ve written for some DC stuff like Catwoman…color me impressed!) What are your opinions of some of the newer wave of comics? I haven’t kept up in a long time (I was a Marvel man in the late 80’s/early 90’s, especially X-Men titles), but watching SpikeTV’s Scream Awards this week, I’m curious about some of the newer stuff out there - Y: The Last Man, The Walking Dead,Hack/Slash, etc… and the comic adaptations of many properties like Army of Darkness, Battlestar Galactica, etc…
Any thoughts? Anything worth checking out?
