Join the conversation tomorrow night as Next Rockford hosts a City Council candidate forum on Tuesday, March 12, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the downtown Sullivan Center (formerly New American Theatre) at 118 North Main Street. The forums are sponsored by the Rockford Register Star and presented by Next Rockford in partnership with the Rockford Chamber of Commerce and the League of Women Voters Greater Rockford. Panelists will include Next Rockford members and Rockford Register Star reporters.
All candidates for the City Council have been invited to attend; only those in contested races will participate in the on-stage forum. Community members can submit question and topic suggestions via the Next Rockford Facebook page and by commenting on this blog post.
