Mad Men podcast kickoff
August 24th, 2009 at 11:27am Billy Kulpa

We (re)kick off off our Mad Men season-long podcast this week with guests Will Pfeifer and Sean Driscoll. (In truth, we recorded a podcast immediately after the season premiere, but had some technical difficulties and couldn’t post it. Better late than never, as they say.)
In this podcast, we discuss the British invasion of Sterling Cooper, Peggy’s inner Bye Bye Birdie, Bets’ father and all things Don Draper, among others.
We’d love to hear your Man Men thoughts, as well as suggestions for the podcast. Drop us a line at podcast@rrstar.com.

Love this show. Good to listen to. Think you need a woman in the conversation, though I’m not volunteering.

I was captivated by your “three amigos” very insightful analysis of the second episode of Mad Men. You caught something that I didn’t and that was the comparison between Ann Margaret and the teacher at the May Day festival (or whatever it was): of what was and is (Ann Margaret) and what is soon to be (girls like the barefoot sprite).
I look forward to your continued podcast. I’ll be all ears there! Thanks. Carolyn

I’ve never been more interested in Jesse Jackson. PLEASE keep doing more podcasts OTHER than the Mad Men recap! I just can’t start to care about that show!
