Title Hopes High for RVC Basketball

If everything goes to plan, the Rock Valley College basketball teams will kick-off the madness of March each with shots at a national tournament berth on Saturday, March 1. But first things first. Rock Valley College student leaders from CAB (Campus Activities Board) and SGA (Student Government Association) will host a celebration in honor of the RVC Women’s Basketball team’s national championship on Tuesday, March 20 from 2-3pm in the Student Center Atrium on RVC’s main campus (3301 North Mulford Rd). The Rock Valley College women’s tennis team got off to a hot start at the NJCAA national tournament and never looked back as they rode that early momentum to a dominant national championship performance in Flushing Meadows, New York last weekend.
