Reggie Star headline makes it to Jay Leno’s “Headlines”

So I’m watching Jay Leno’s “Headlines” feature and up pops a story from the Reggie Star. Headline: “Governor, legislators disagree about when they might agree.”
Hmmmm.

I’m thinking that your ‘hmmm’ fits with your pattern of razor sharp, incredibly astute analysis.
I mean on the one hand, hmmm could mean ‘what the hell does that headline mean?’
Or, it could mean, ‘why is jay leno dissing us?’
Or, it could mean, ‘when will legislators agree to disagree, or disagree to agree?’
Now that I think about it, I don’t know what ‘hmmm’ means.
