Why, they’re Alaskan secessionists affiliated with the Alaska Independence Party, which husband Todd “First Dude” Palin belonged to from 1994 until 2002. Palin warmly addressed the AIP’s 2008 convention on video and congratulated them for playing an important role in Alaska.
