I gotta stand there and motion people to slow down in a construction zone . it is just crazy out there . even standing near the concrete barrier wall , It is Nucking Futz out there. I have yet to see a photo enforcement van anywhere in our area . sure would be nice . so come on Illinois state people let's get one in our area.
