Well wyman and Church were torn apart right around the 4th of July an then not much was done at least south of Jefferson, until amazing the week before On the waterfront. Just was Jefferson and 3rd was a mad dash to get done by the 4th. If they would be rained out a day they would miss their deadline for either project.

I don't understand why church and wyman needed to be under construction for 2 months when it seems like there was 3 weeks of work. 1 week in July and maybe 2 weeks now.

Carl,

Not sure "raced" is the right word - the plan all along was for the last project to be done in time for OTW. They got most of the downtown work done already.

Not traveling, but amazed that the streets downtown after sitting torn up for nearly 2 months are being raced to completion for On the Waterfront.
