Warner Archives continues its streak of releasing interesting, offbeat films, and in this week’s Movie Man column, I spotlight three noteworthy DVDs.
Michael Caine plays a deadly mobster out for answers and/or vengeance in “Get Carter” (not to be confused with the inferior Sylvester Stallone remake); Harvey Keitel balances his love of classical piano with his work as an enforcer for his loan shark dad in “Fingers”; and a group of wealthy Brits try to survive the end of the world in the grim thriller “No Blade of Grass” (shown in the image above).
Read about all three, plus learn what’s coming out on DVD Tuesday by clicking here.
And if you’d like to order any of these DVDs (or hundreds of others) go to the Warner Archives site.
