Admittedly, no one with an iota of sense could think a modern “Three Stooges” movie could actually be good, but whom among us actually expected it to look this bad?
For a while, the rumor mill was theorizing that big names like Sean Penn, Benecio del Toro and Russell Crowe might be involved. Obviously that didn’t happen. But so what if it had? The only people who should play Larry, Curly and Moe are Larry, Curly and Moe — and they’re all long dead, kids.
But, of course, they live on in the movies they made while alive. Why not watch them instead of this abysmal-looking “reboot”? Start with this classic clip (and please forgive the commercials).
Will, I’m sorry to say this but I liked that clip. What more would you want than mindless fun.
